Parts and labor

Parts and labor, one submission.

A warranty repair has two halves: the parts and the labor. Both can be reimbursed at retail rates, and both can be filed together.

Parts and labor

Two rates, one filing.

Most retail-rate statutes cover both warranty parts markup and warranty labor rate. One well-built submission can lift both at once.

We review every qualifying repair order for the parts markup and the labor rate it supports, so nothing is left on the table.

  • Parts markup at retail
  • Labor rate at retail
  • One combined submission
  • Every RO reviewed by hand

Questions

Straight answers for dealers.

Still deciding? Call 585-371-7607.

Can I collect the same labor rate and parts markup on warranty as on customer pay?

Yes. It is the law in nearly every state, yet many dealers have not taken advantage of it.

Will the factory audit me if I apply?

Most state laws are written to protect dealers from punitive factory audits. In 30+ years, no client has been audited because of a rate increase.

Why hire a consultant instead of doing it myself?

The factory has legal experts dedicated to keeping your rate low. Ask whether you have the experience, the time, detailed knowledge of the law, and the tools to get every dollar.

What does it cost?

A low, flat fee. We never take a percentage of your increase.

How long does it take?

Most states give the factory 30 days to review your claim once it is submitted. We handle every step before and after.
